Overall the room was a bit dusty with some old loose candy under the bed. There was hair around the sink. Also, none of the outlets in my room worked meaning our refrigerator didnt work, none of the lamps worked. The only outlet that worked was in the bathroom. For the price I paid, I feel this wasn't convenient at all. Furthermore, about two of the towels we received had rust stains on them.

The hotel was beautiful. Only 2 issues: 1. It was at peak check in time they had 1 person/desk open with the line at least 10 deep. Took almost an hour to check in. 2. No soap, and only 1 very small bottle of shampoo.

Property was beautiful, staff was helpful. Only unfortunate thing was that I paid extra for there to be a bottle of prosecco and glasses waiting in our room for us when we arrived, and they weren’t there. They did bring it once I called the desk. Also had an issue with getting our full room service order, but again it was quickly corrected. Minor inconveniences but they start to add up.
