The location is convenient for anyone willing to walk- Cloud Gate, Wildberry for breakfast, only a 30 min walk to Chixago 360. Everything is right around you! And the hot tubs and pools will have you never wanting to leave!

I was very disappointed in my recent stay in 1618 on 3/03 to 3/06. My room was not serviced on 3/05. I told the front desk and she said she would have the remove refreshed. Someone left a couple of new towels in the room. At this price point, I would expect the trash and dirty dishes to be removed and the bed to be made. Thanks.

When we got there, the lights beside the bed was not working and the over light of the bed was not working. We had to call them three times in order to get it fixed, which wasn’t done until the next day. The pool had so much chlorine in it that we could not sit in the hot tub without her eyes burning. The location was great.P

Nice hotel

Loved the hotel, it was clean and the check in and out was quick and easy. I needed a couple of things and guest services was accommodating and friendly. The only complaint was the fire engines going off through the night due to the fire house being next door other than that 10/10!
