Staff are rude and nosey every time I stay there when I travel through Illinois they interrogate me about y I’m in town which is not only uncomfortable but weird like y do I have to tell you why I’m PAYING to sleep somewhere. Also fees for every little thing service animal ?? They try n charge I no late check out which I could have sworn was listed on this site as available per request. The hotel itself was not busy so me asking for a late check out at noon should’ve been okay Waukegan hotels and pretty much must of the budget friendly ones have gone down hill and the staff aren’t very friendly . I had a late check in at about 11pm and had a 15 hour drive ahead of me so that extra hour of rest was really needed stop interrogating your guests you’re not detectives

This is an old building in desperate need of a remodel. I paid way too much for this run down hotel. It was unsatisfactory. A hair in the fridge. Dirty beds that were stained and stunk like mold. Mold in the shower on the handle. Disgusting. I wanted to cancel, but was told I would lose my money….
