The hotel was in a great location, which was definitely a plus. However, it was not worth the cost. The room itself was mediocre at best—nothing particularly special or memorable. It was clear that due to the Chicago Marathon, the hotel saw an opportunity to overtly price-gouge, significantly inflating rates for an otherwise average experience. Disappointing value overall.
