Wonder stay! Upgraded to a suite which was the perfect size!!! Love access to all things downtown Chicago! Food, entertainment and shopping! Beverly, front desk, is a true local gem! She gave us the best recommendations and super friendly!

Fantastic location for the el. Rooms Are somewhat dated with paint and carpet, but we weren’t there to spend time in the room. So I don’t fault them for any of that. Some of the carpet is coming up from floors which is a trip hazard and should be addressed but again- not something that’s affecting their rating. The bed was very comfortable, good WiFi; excellent bathroom water pressure and very hot water which is nice. Close to the CSO, all access for the CTA and great restaurants near by. I do not recommend eating at the restaurant on site- you can be anywhere in the city in 20 minutes from the el platform so I highly Recommend staying here if you’re open to walking and exploring

Everyone was helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, very spacious. And love that the hotel was close to everything. Walking distance to the bean. And bus transportation was close by also.

The room was very nice kept up and spacious. The staff was very courteous and very attentive. We were right where we wanted to be and walking distance to the Sears Tower and two blocks from Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park.

I had a great stay at Silversmith Hotel. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. The location is convenient, especially for business travel, and the lobby was calm and not overcrowded, which I really appreciated.
