I was over charged to check in early. I was charged 40 dollars and I stay here frequently and know that the early c/I fee is only 10.

Housekeeping knocks too early. Need better communication between front desk and housekeeping. If I'm checking out they shouldn't be trying to clean my room hours before I check out.
