Clean, good location, great city vibe. We had an issue with our shower but someone came and fixed it quickly. The bathroom was really small. If I book again I'd upgrade to bigger room .

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location next to the theater, and the staff—especially the bar staff—were incredibly friendly and welcoming. That said, there were a couple of downsides. Our room had a strong odor, almost like a horse stable, which was hard to ignore. I tried to “smell” past it, but it definitely affected the experience. Another letdown was the lack of food and beverage options. There was no restaurant or room service, no in-room microwave or coffee maker, and not even a small breakfast offering in the lobby. While there is a Starbucks attached to the building, there’s no direct access from the hotel, which felt like a missed opportunity. Overall, for a 4-star hotel, I expected a bit more in terms of room cleanliness and basic amenities—especially when it comes to food and convenience.

This is such a cool spot!!! It’s like walking into the past with updates!! Everything from the the elevator to the staff to the extras were above and beyond!! Free coffee and tea and scones, and we got a free bottle of wine with our room!! We stayed on the 17th floor and didn’t hear a peep from any of our neighbors! It’s within walking distance of so many cool spots, not having to uber was a huge plus!! I cannot recommend enough!!
