A great hotel to have as a base to explore Chicago during day and in the evening. Room was great - comfortable, great shower. Short walk to train station to and from O'Hare airport.

My initial experience was TERRIBLE. However, the manager, Frankie called my the next morning both apologizing for my experience, and extended the upgrade that I was due. She went above and beyond and also provided an additional meal and adult beverage. This lady truly deserves a raise. She really should be applauded for this!

Only one chair to sit on or the bed. There was coffee in the room but NO coffee maker. A well stocked fridge and snack tray. But no room in the fridge for anything you might want to put in. Room came with one robe. Had to ask for a second. Lobby had no seats to wait.

Nice room, great shower with waterfall shower head and seperate hose. Everything was very clean. It had a large safe, separate sink and commode.

Spent a long weekend here and it was great. Staff was friendly and location of hotel was perfect for sightseeing and walking to most things downtown. Our room was clean and quiet. Loved the large bathroom and closest area. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

Stayed one night, friends trip. Hotel is beautiful and interesting. Location is fabulous, we walked nearly everywhere. Friendly staff. Our view wasn't great but we were not in the room much. Will definitely go back, loved it!

Absolutely loved this property. Super convenient, the metro and train stations a very short walk away. Right by the bean and river north. Cafe and commons club were fantastic, service was great by all staff.

Pleasant stay

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Virgin hotel during our Chicago trip. We loved the way the room was decorated, the night view(Willis tower )from the room, and we appreciated daily room cleaning by the cleaning crew. We hope we can make another trip to Chicago sometime soon and stay there again.

Not worth it

I did not like that the bathroom and shower is in the middle of the hallway instead of building a normal bathroom where everything belongs and specially for someone who wants privacy in the bathroom. The tv remote didn’t work as well

The hotel is perfectly located. Our room was very nice, unique. The bed was super comfy. We were only there 4 two nights visiting our children, but we will definitely return again. The staff was super accommodating.
