as a heritage building of course was expecting antiques, and squeaky floors, old doors, etc. however, the maintenance was terrible, staff were nice enough, but ZERO amenities available. there were no staff after hours, we were basically just left alone in the building.
room floors were not cleaned, hair in the shower. parking was not safe or comfortable for a single woman. air conditioning was not working and staff brought in a fan. the door knob to my room did not lock, had to use the deadbolt that did not fit proper or lock securely. I stuffed towels around the door frame as the door was too small for the frame and about 1.5-2" above the floor. the light shone through ALL 4 sides of the door. tv operated with a roku system but mine did not connect so had nothing to watch, and the WIFI did not work. the bed, was like sleeping on a hill, had a huge indent, and couldn't not lay flat on any surface area. again, nobody to tell as staff leave.
the location was great in a downtown busy area, so walking to restaurants was easy. but alot of unhoused and drug addicts, fighting and hanging around the door. I wont stay again
