Diamond in the rough

May not look like much but this was the best place we stayed in during our trip from Calgary to Vancouver Island. There was a vagrant sleeping in the hallway in the morning, but that was sorted quickly.

리노베이션이 되어 있어 객실 내부가 매우 깨끗합니다. 침구류도 뽀송뽀송하고 편해서 잠을 푹 잘수 있었습니다. 퀸베드 두개가 있어서 여자 세명이 편히 쉬었어요. 모든게 기대 이상이었어요. 숙소 덕분에 호프에서의 일박이 참 좋은 기억으로 남습니다 참고로 객실 내 헤어드라이어는 없어요. 리셉션에 문의하면 바로 주십니다. 리셉셔니스트 Pawan도 매우 친절하고 협조적이었습니다.

The Windsor Motel is currently being refurbished. The rooms were modern, large and clean. The rain head shower was great and the bed super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definately recommend the Windsor if you are staying in Hope BC.

The motel is currently being refurbished and the rooms were beautiful, clean and updated. The rain shower was excellent and the bed super comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I would definately recommend the Windsor Motel if you are staying in Hope.

Very noisy, woken up a three in the morning with banging and crashing from upstairs. This went on for 3 hours. Complained to the desk on checkout, they did not seem bothered. Will definitely not be going back there.

Great stay

Booked last minute on a road trip. Easily one of the most comfortable beds at a hotel. Room recently updated and modern, and the outside of the hotel was getting a facelift too. Within walking distance of everything in town.

The new owners have done a lovely renovation in the guest rooms. They are still working on the outside of the building so the lower star rating on the property and amenities. The staff member we interacted was very pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely stay at the Windsor Motel again.

I liked the modern furnishings. The suite was clean at a quick glance but then when I did my usual disinfecting wiping, there was alot of dirt & dust in corners, ledges & walls...most notably in the bathroom. The accumulative dirt was clearly old, so had not been cleaned in a very long time, if ever. I have photos that i will share with the hotel. I also think that their decision to have fabric covering of the headboard & side bench was not a good choice. Wipeable, non-porous surfaces are best of course.

We took a trip from AB to BC and were lucky enough to stop in at the Windsor. Though all of the 20+ hours of travel which included 5 stays, The Windsor was the best hands down. The renovations are BEAUTIFUL, the water pressure was phenomenal and the room was clean. I would pick the Windsor time and time again. We look forward to our next trip to Hope, BC and will be staying at the Windsor.

Wonderful Stay in a Renovated Room! I recently stayed at the Windsor Hotel in Hope, BC, and had a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious and completely renovated — everything felt fresh and new, from the carpet and furniture to the bed and A/C. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful, with a brand-new shower that had great water flow, soft white towels, and full toiletries provided. We also appreciated the modern kitchenette, which came equipped with all the essential tools. It really made the stay feel comfortable and convenient. We truly enjoyed the room and the overall atmosphere — it was spotless, quiet, and thoughtfully updated. If I travel to Hope again, I’ll definitely stay here. Highly recommended!

Mid renovation

This property is in the middle of undergoing renovations. Our room and common areas were mostly done, but the exterior looks a bit unsightly in its current state. The new fixtures are nice (air conditioning works great) but, some of the finishes of the renovations lack a certain professional quality. The interior common areas could be cleaner (dust present and windows need cleaning). The check in host was very friendly. The park across the street is lovely.

Don’t let the exterior put you off

Don’t let the exterior make you pass this one. They are in the process of updating the property. The room was very good and recently updated, the outside looked like Rambo had just shot it up. But really they were in the process of updating the exterior.
