Tucked on a quiet street in the heart of our Little Island by the Sea, you’ll love the serenity, yet be close to everywhere you want to be.

As you enter this Classic Cape Cod, you’ll be welcomed by colors pulled from nature itself - beachy blues and sand dune tans. You’ll love kicking back in the Living Area and sinking into comfy furnishings after a fun-filled day at the Beach, and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TV with Cable. There’s even a cozy Fireplace for those chilly Off Season Stays - one of our favorite times here on the Shore.

Sundance is so much more than just a place to lay your head at night - it’s a true home away from home - warm, cozy, and inviting. The Chef in your family will find mealtime easy breezy in the well-stocked Kitchen with all the conveniences of home, lots of storage space, and Stainless Appliances. Whip up the Fresh Catch of the Day on the high end Napoleon Grill - and with a direct line to propane, you’ll never run out of gas! Dine in the comfort of Central AC in the Dining Area, or slip out to the wonderful Screened Porch and dine Al-Fresco under the shade trees. You may never want to leave this wonderful escape!

The perfect home for one large family, or 2 small families to share, Sundance sleeps 9 in 4 Bedrooms and with 3 Full Baths. Bedroom 1 is the Primary Bedroom, and has lovely Coastal Bedding and a comfy King Bed. All Bedrooms have Flat Screen Smart TV, as well! The Attached Full Bath is spa-like with a Double Vanity, Soaking Tub, and Walk-in Shower. Next door, Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin Beds, and a super cool “under the sea” theme. Full Bath 2 has a Tub/Shower Combo, and is a Jack and Jill Bath, with access from both the hall and Bedroom 2 - so convenient!

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find a comfy Sitting Area with beachy furnishings - a great spot to curl up with a good book, or for the kids to have a little quiet play time. There is also a Twin Sleeper Chair in the Sitting Area. Up here, you’ll also find Bedroom 3, which has another King Bed, and cool coastal colors. On the other side of the Sitting Area, you’ll find Bedroom 4 with 2 Twin Beds, and Full Bath 3, which has a Soaking Tub and Walk-in Shower. Such a fabulous layout for any family or families!!

And don’t worry about keeping the whole family happy, because Sundance is close to absolutely everything! You’re just a short drive from not only the Beach, but from many awesome Restaurants, Attractions, and Historic Main Street and Robert Reed Waterfront Park - home of Seaside’s Free Summer Concert Series, and a great place to take in one of our famous Chincoteague Sunsets.
