Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
プランで表示されていた写真をみてベッドの部屋だと思って予約したが、実際にはベッドはなく、畳に布団を敷かなければならなかった。 布団を敷くとシーツにダニのような微小生物が大量に動き回っており、寝ることができなかった。よく見ると畳にも存在していた。 21時以降スタッフが不在となるため、対応を仰ぐこともできず、結局車の中で睡眠を取った。 チェックアウト時もスタッフがいなかった為、このことを伝えることもできなかった。 温泉は気持ちよかったし、朝食も美味しかっただけに、非常に残念でした。
