Threshing Mill holds a wonderful position in a country setting, while being within driving distance of the cultural hubs of Bath and Bristol.

The beautiful city of Bath, designated a UNESCO World Heritage site, is less than a thirty-minute drive from Threshing Mill. A well-being destination since Roman times, choose to visit the famous Roman Baths to learn about the fascinating history or indulge in a relaxing soak at the modern Thermae Spa. With a variety of independent shops, interesting museums and excellent bars and restaurants there is plenty to keep visitors busy while they meander through the city and admire the honey-coloured Georgian architecture.

Security deposit?
£500 (additional £200 for pets) charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes, standard changeover clean included. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Pets welcome?
On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, an additional £200 security deposit will apply. Please enquire at the time of booking.
