I loved the staff, hotel was very nice. However, I did have hairs in the bathroom, a dirty wash rag from previous guest and beer bottle cap in the shower. I was not contacted by a manager as they were not on site.

The hotel, grounds, and room were very clean. Our room was very nice. The staff was fantastic and friendly. Great service and our service dogs were treated very well. I only had one small issue and that was the extra firmness of the bed. We will stay again if in the area.

We loved our stay at Riverstone Suites! It’s truly a pet-friendly gem. Our suite had everything we needed—a full-size refrigerator and range, which made it perfect for cooking our meals and prepping homemade food for our fur babies. What stood out was how dog-friendly the entire space is. The furniture, tables, and flooring are chosen with pets in mind—durable, clean, and practical. Outside, there’s a large, clean yard with natural grass where our dogs could run and take care of business comfortably. The location is super convenient—right off Hwy 29 with easy access. Kwik Trip and Festival Foods are just a short walk away, which was great for grabbing snacks, gas, or anything we needed last-minute. And to top it off, the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and supportive. Highly recommend Riverstone Suites for anyone traveling with pets or just looking for a cozy, functional place to stay!
