Wonderful staff and very helpfull. I felt welcome and greeted in a friendly manner. The reception made a calls to help me to get to hotel. Upon arriving I was helped with bags. The room had very large panoramic view of Chisenau.The room was very clean. The mattress had springs in it but I slept well on it. The breakfasts were outstanding. The very wide selection including local Moldova bakery, other dishes blended with classic breakfast choices. I truly enjoyed food. The cafe had very nice selection and cool music. I felt relaxed and enjoyed every moment. The gentelman working in a bar helped me to leave bags till I had other hotel arrangements. This gave me an opportunity to spend time at the Vine festival. I enjoyed staying at the Bristol a lot. Everyone was nice, answered my room calls and responded with help. I would highly reccomend the hotel. Readonable deal and super Value.
The only thing that could be improved is using elevator with house keaping was quite odd. The elevator designed as a small size. Few times sbout 4 within 2 nights stay i had to ride elevator with buckets full of dirty water, 2 large carts with laundfy, cleaning supplies etc. I was late for appointments and riding in a small elevator where housekeeping surrounds You wiith fully loaded carts and pin You to the wall was not quite plesant. It should be used as dedicated other elevator or if passengers inside the housekeeping should be not jumping infront and leaving you tiny space in the corner
