The room we had was a path for the heating pipes which meant that every 15 minutes there was a loud clicking or pinking noise as things expanded, we had a terrible night trying to sleep in room 111, avoid this room if you are not a very heavy sleeper.

Overall ok. Check in pretty smooth. £5 to park the car as i had used hotels.com and not booked direct. Room okay but not as clean as could be, sofa looked worn out and walls grubby in places. Fantastic small hotel on a budget.

A lovely warm greeting from the team as we checked in. Our room had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was so quiet. We had the meal deal and the quality and amount for what you pay is excellent! I stayed here for a night with my daughter whilst work was being done on the house and we only live 10 mins away. If we lived further afield then Id definitely use this hotel again. For a low budget hotel, its amazing! Everyone is so friendly and polite. I cant rate it highly enough.

The room which was already paid for and even done an online check in was simply given to someone else! Ended up with no room past midnight with family. The staff simply said sorry and couldn't evwn do a refund as they did not have a refund form !!! Such a pathetic service. Definitely would avoid .

The double sofa bed was uncomfortable. It dipped down at one side so didn’t sleep great. Otherwise everything else was fine. We didn’t get a breakfast so can’t comment on that.
