The place is exceptionally comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and i loved the butter and the wholemeal tost. Staff are amazing people and i recommend this place for every individual with a test to book and enjoy the luxurious of the palace.

The room was very clean and staff very friendly. Bed was a bit soft saggy for my liking but that's a personal preference . The bathroom was large and very clean very small bottles of body wash shampoo and conditioner. The whole house was lovely. Great location . Easy to find.

A warm welcome will greet you from Pam and Denis and a very comfortable room awaits. Great shower in the bathroom and all amenities provided. A hearty breakfast in the morning will set you up for the day. It's a little out of town, but only 15 minutes away via a frequent bus service a stone's throw from the house. Would definitely recommend.

Accomodation was top level and surrounding gardens were beautiful and a place to kick back and relax. Hosts Dennis and Pam were lovely people who had a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Welcoming coffee after a long drive from Greymouth and bacon and eggs breakfast was just devine. Very close to the city and local pubs for a nice feed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
