Our stay was fine and we decided this was going to be our "goto" hotel for multiple visits to University of Cincinnati. However, when we went to check out at 4 AM on our checkout day, we turned in our keycards and were informed by the front desk clerk that there was going to be a fee for "early checkout". We were confused as we believed that 4AM would be a normal checkout time for people who had to catch an early flight. We asked what the fee was and the clerk did not know, saying she had to check the system. We were in a hurry, so we just opted to leave. Looking back on it, the clerk might have believed we were leaving before the end date of our reservation. We were not--we were checking out on the end day of our pre-paid stay. In any case, they appear to be a bit amateurish and might benefit from retraining staff. We'll be choosing a different hotel as our "goto" for future visits.

UC’s family weekend visit

This is an excellent hotel. It’s new very very clean. The rooms were immaculate. Every employee I encountered was extremely friendly in a great area if you’re visiting someone at the University of Cincinnati. Definitely would stay here again.

Hotels.com is a SHAM

Don’t book hotels.Com. They didn’t have our reservation so we never got to check in or stay here because they were sold out. So we were stranded. This is the second time I’ve used hitels. Com and the SECOND TIME this has happened. No point in saving $15 by not booking direct if it’s not BOOKING. Hotels.com fundamental product/service does not work. Sending confirmation numbers when they’re confirming NOTHING. You will get screwed. Buy direct.

concert weekend

the hotel was so nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The best bed and pillows ever! the temperature was great too, we love it cold and it was accomplished in the room! the shower was kind of weird, having to put your hand through the window to turn on the shower. also the shower head was way too high for us short people to reach! will definitely stay there again when in cincy for the night!

My issue is not with the hotel or the staff. My problem is with Travelocity. When I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation. When I was finally able to talk to a live person, they didn’t seem to understand that. Finally, they called the hotel while I was standing in the lobby and had to give them my information and pay. I will never use Travelocity again. This hotel is great! Keisha the manager was great!
