As soon as you walk in the doors it smells clean! The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast area was kept clean too! Easy to find and close to UC! Would definitely stay again!

Great location close to the university for parent visits. Room was spacious and breakfast was your typical hotel hot breakfast. Front desk staff was very nice and informative. It was our first time visiting the campus area and really enjoyed it. Will be our go to hotel if our son chooses UV

All good except road noise. If you're on the front side, the occasional car can be quite noisy. Ask for the backside if that would bother you.

This hotel was lower priced than other options, and it seemed a get what you pay for situation. Front desk staff were kind but not always around. We had to come down for soap; our room had none. There were stains on the mattress cover on one of the beds (visible through the sheets), so it seemed housekeeping put fresh sheets on but didn't bother to launder the mattress cover when needed. Next time would pay more to stay somewhere else.

Our stay was fine and we decided this was going to be our "goto" hotel for multiple visits to University of Cincinnati. However, when we went to check out at 4 AM on our checkout day, we turned in our keycards and were informed by the front desk clerk that there was going to be a fee for "early checkout". We were confused as we believed that 4AM would be a normal checkout time for people who had to catch an early flight. We asked what the fee was and the clerk did not know, saying she had to check the system. We were in a hurry, so we just opted to leave. Looking back on it, the clerk might have believed we were leaving before the end date of our reservation. We were not--we were checking out on the end day of our pre-paid stay. In any case, they appear to be a bit amateurish and might benefit from retraining staff. We'll be choosing a different hotel as our "goto" for future visits.
