Staff was fantastic. The hallway smelled like mold, stains were on one of the comforters, and the shower head was falling off. The heater/AC unit made horrible sounds all night. We prefer Hampton Inns. We stayed at this location to try a different one and wouldn't recommend this location

The hotel room was a little dated. Holes in the bathroom wall, shower head not great, and one of the carpet floor tiles was exposed to the floor. The carpet in the hallways was also bubbled in places which could cause a fall risk

The first night my wife and I took showers and the tub filled up with water. The second person taking a shower had to wait 20 minutes for the tub to drain. It was rather disgusting. The next morning before we left for the day we told the front desk, and they said they would get it taken care of. We came back that evening and stopped by the front desk before we went up to our room to see if they fixed the drain issue and they confirmed that they did. BUT when we took showers that evening the same thing happened, the tub filled up past your ankles. If we were not so tired, we would have demanded another room

Great hotel. No working pool sucked

Hotel was great. Only downfall was the pool was shut down and we kept being told it would open up soon. My daughters was upset because they couldn’t swim.

The front lobby need some improvements, the ceiling title at the entrance is open the light bulb glass was cracked, also the mattess in my room 313 was soiled . The drapery need to be where you can close to get Privacy. I would not come back to this hotel location ever again
