I liked that it wad close to pretty much everything. I didn't like the effort that was put into my requests to the front desk. The room is eehh. The bathroom door is very out of spuare, making a horrible noise when opened or closed ! Which made bathroom trips while my kids were sleeping was all but impossible !

Front desk guy is a complete ass. Told me I wasn’t allowed to book a room again and had to leave because I didn’t sign a piece of paper on time 2 times when I rebooked online. I was supposedly supposed to be down before 11 each time when I wasn’t aware that I needed to.

This is a motel not hotel. Not convenient to get to the lobby if it’s raining. On our second night, something kept kicking on and made a terrible very loud vibration noise outside our room. Also 5 rooms on the second floor were left open all night long. Not a safe feeling knowing anyone could just walk up and go in one of those rooms.

The building looked as if it was falling apart. My door didn’t even seal all the way when you shut it, you could see cleared outside through the crack. There was a lot of drinking and commotion at night on the property.

Extremely helpful employees and friendly service. Room was average and ok, but he bathroom access door would not lock and the front security lock was an old fashion chain style. I did notice security camaras though out property, so I was reassured the helpful employees would watch out for their customers safety. Breakfast was average with no bacon or sausage, but the instant eggs were good IMO, and they had strawberry flavored waffles.

The Good: The price. The rooms had been somewhat updated. Breakfast was fine. The Bad: The outside looks disheveled. It's like they just upkeep enough so that they can have one decent picture online. Very noisy - right next to the highway. We stayed 2 nights and the first night was just fine - but the second night we got woken up by a loud party next door, people standing right outside our door screaming at each other and smoking. I told them multiple times to be quiet and they just moved over 3 feet in front of their door. I can't necessarily blame the hotel for the behavior of the guests - but there were almost all vacant rooms on our floor and the staff still thought it was a good idea to put some 20-somethings that were checking in at 3AM next to my young family that was trying to sleep. So me and my 9 and 10 year old didn't get any sleep from 3-7AM (when we left - they were still partying). Oh - and the bathroom door didn't close. I'm afraid to even check to see if I got my deposit back since apparently they don't like to give those back. We won't be staying here again on future trips to Great Wolf / Kings Island. The low price isn't worth sacrificing sleep and safety. If management reads this please don't bother posting one of your AI generated responses. You've been replying to reviews like mine for a while saying you would address these issues and you haven't changed anything.

First of all this is a MOTEL not a HOTEL. On the outside it looked like it was falling apart. And you could tell they had made a nice effort to upgrade the bathroom but they should have gotten rid of the mold instead of just painting over it. Also there were holes in the wall under the sink where the plumbing came in which is probably where the GIANT SPIDER came into the room.
