I absolutely love the fact that this property has a shuttle to Kings Island that's included with your stay. The staff is helpful and very polite, the rooms are spacious and very clean. I would stay here again.

I would guess this hotel hasnt looked like the pictures in years. It was fine and clean but old and dated. Also people should be aware that it is a very long facility with two long buildings and we happened to be in the second one, pretty far from the lobby/breakfast. It was fine for us as healthy adults, but with children or older guests, it would not be an easy walk through the parking lot. Your hotel door is on an outside corridor, we had someone that startled us trying to get into our room early in the morning very loudly. Otherwise the stay was fine, just not a place we wanted to linger after we were awake.

A couple features that have been more used could be replaced but for the most part everything was clean and neat, decent hotel for the price. Prices were probably higher when I went during a holiday weekend last minute booking. People that work there are great very friendly and helpful and breakfast smelled amazing

We stayed here when I ran Flying Pig. The rooms are renovated. Room is very spacious and restroom is clean. Bed is very comfortable and clean sheets. Clean towels as well. Front desk staff are polite and engaging. Good service. Breakfast has good choices for vegetarians.i will definitely stay in this hotel next time and recommend for others as well.

Convenient, Would Stay Again

Check in was quite simple and the property is extremely convenient to the interstate. It was well lit and easy to navigate even arriving much after dark. There were options for breakfast, and we had plenty to eat to start our day.

On my recent stay, 3 days later I had noticed I left a $400 drone in my room when I had checked out. I surely thought you would be out that item but when I called they said they had found it and were holding it for me. I was shocked. I don’t believe any other place would have “found” it. It went through several hands before getting back to the office for them to hold it for me and I’m very impressed with the integrity of the staff that works here. The room was great too. Looks like they may have just went through a remodel cause everything in the room looked new. I had stayed here in the past and this is by far the best experience I’ve had here! 10 Stars!!!

moldy mildew rooms, the ladies bathroom in the lobby smells horrible. carpet on walkway is bubbled and a trip hazard. cracked door ways are letting water in to sit in the carpet in the rooms molding them. when we told the front desk they said they completely renovated that area 5 months ago if that was true mold and mildewed floors would hit be an issue.
