Very nice hotel apartment. The suite was fully equipped with pots & pans and ustenciles. This was a big room for the price we paid. The property is very well maintained. We also had a nice free breakfast.

My family was here for a quick over night (about 7-8 hour stay). I wish it was longer. The place was big and COMFORTABLE. The kitchen area was a nice size. Front office staff was amazing. Hope to come back some day!

I stayed there for few days and then i extended for another two days.I needed to stay little longer. I was there with my son. Loved this place. I could do some small cooking as well. Prepared some nice breakfast, pasta. Also the room was really nice

I should have expected from the "Extended Stay" but there was an "Air purifier" post smoking type of smell in the room. We were on the bottom floor and was extremely noisy, every door that opened/closed/every movement from the room above/the up and down the stairs outside. We stayed for 3 nights, which does not include room cleaning but with that in mind there were only 2 sets of towels in the room and 1 coffee. So, had to go to the lobby to pick up after checking in. Additionally the ice machines do not work in the refrigerator so had to go to the lobby with the ice "holder" from the fridge to fill up in the lobby. Staff was friendly and the price was great to have a full kitchen.

It was pretty good except that they could use more supplies for cooking. The water is disgusting. I was brushing my teeth and went to rinse my mouth out with the sink water. It was awful! The only filtered water is in the gym in the main building. FYI there is an ice machine in the main building that no one told me about. I discovered it on my own when I went to breakfast and had to find water machine in the gym. Since they didn't serve water with breakfast. Other than that it was a very nice stay.

This was the absolute worst trip ever. I’ve been staying at this hotel for the last 20 years first when it was under another name and since Sonesta took over and never really had any issues, but this property is definitely going downhill. There were stains on the blankets no room service unless you stay there for at least 14 days, tattered towels, Dust on all the vents. The bathtub was filthy and ceiling peeling off, the toilet paper you have to use almost half a roll it’s so thin. Front desk staff were useless and the lady taking care of the breakfast was nasty. No coffee available at 7:50 one morning and breakfast selection were awful. Manager just sat in her office looking at all the guest standing in line waiting for help, she was not on her computer or doing any paperwork just staring at all the guest.
