Beautiful standalone villa with a private swimming pool situated north-west of Sicily, in the surroundings of Terrasini (all kinds of shops), approximately 500 m from the beach.
This villa boasts a spacious veranda with garden furniture with lovely views of the garden and swimming pool.

Distances: Terrasini (all kinds of shops) 1 km away, Mondello with nice beaches 20 km, Palermo 30 km, Segesta 35 km away.

At guests disposal: well-kept garden, private swimming pool (5 x 10 m), barbecue, air conditioning (extra to be paid according to consumption), TV and washing-machine.

Parking on the grounds.
