Around the pool there is plenty of opportunity to relax on the sun loungers and soak up the sun. End the day with a wonderful barbecue with fresh local produce while enjoying the view of the Tiber Valley.
Visit the worth seeing Tuscan and Umbrian towns in the area. From the house it is about 20 km to Città di Castello, 30 km to Cortona, 50 km to Arezzo and Perugia. If you want to explore the area on horseback, you can ride nearby. Trestina with stores, restaurant and train station (train to Perugia) is just a short drive away and is also worth a visit.
