Room was bright and big, bath was clean and private but just down the hall. Being on the third floor and no lift was a challenge with 48lb suit cases. The front door was not inviting as was the hall but once you make it to the 3rd floor it was fine. The host was friendly and helpful.

The set up was a bit odd and the add was quite misleading. The quad suite has one queen and two singles (one of them a cot) all in one big room and a small table and chairs. I was a bit surprised when shown our bathroom and it was in a public corridor along with 2 others. However, The unit was clean, the beds were comfy enough and its close to the port. They arranged rides for us too! Nice friendly host.

Old building but clean. Staff very nice and helpful . Unit on 4 th floor no lift. Location is great. Advertised with breakfast but changed before checkin . No breakfast but coffee in room. BR clean , good shower. Shuttle to cruise port included. Overall good stay.

My family and I stayed at this hotel before our cruise around the Greek Isles, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is incredibly convenient—just steps away from shops and restaurants—and the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port, which made our departure stress-free. While the building doesn’t have an elevator and requires walking up four flights of stairs, the staff were more than happy to help with our luggage, which we really appreciated. The hotel also provides complimentary beverages and snacks, and the beds were extremely comfortable—perfect for a good night’s rest before our trip. Despite being so close to the bustling streets, the room was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. It was a peaceful and cozy stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay before their cruise.

Location was good, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Did not realize the bathroom was down the hall (that was in the small print of the description and didn’t even consider that the room did not have an en-suite bathroom or at least a sink. The bathroom was clean but smelled of mold. The bidet was not anchored to the floor and my husband almost fell off. The keys and locks need to be updated. If there was fire or other safety issue, we would not be able to get out quickly. Plus having to unlock our door, then unlock the bathroom door in the middle of the night and repeat to get back to the room was frustrating. The person who greeted us and helped with luggage was delightful and our driver to the cruise ship was also great. But I would not book this place again.

Very cozy and clean apartment. Only thing to note is that there is no elevator so if you have heavy luggages, you have to haul them up four flights of stairs. The Filipina lady who works there did help us. Bed is super comfy and walkable.

Nice hotel close to the port. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the city street. If you have mobility issues and carry lots of luggage, this is not an ideal hotel as there are no elevators. Our room was on the fourth floor. No bathroom in your room but you will have your own bathroom down the hall. Breakfast was amazing and a friendly staff. The free shuttle to the cruise port was 7 minutes away at Largo della Pace, 00053 Civitavecchia RM, Italy.

Very friendly staff, Cherry was there to great us and explained all important things about the room. Breakfast was very good. High points were the service and location (close to the port and with many restaurants). Low points were no elevator and bathroom outside the room (as it was stated in advance).

The staff and owner were wonderful. They do not have an elevator which I did not realize when we reserved the suite. My husband hurt his back just before we got there and the staff carried our bags up and down the 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast was great. They helped us get to the cruise terminal via the owner driving us. Very old and charming building in a convenient location. It was fun there.

Property was very nice! Breakfast was nice! Cherri (?) I hope I spelled that right!! She was the best! Our driver wasnt sure of the location and she spoke to him! Let us check in a bit early and was there in the AM for breakfast! She also texted me several times as we had some confustion using the train( our departure location changed) and the signage was not visible. We also walked all over town from this property!

This Hotel is beautiful, vintage, beautiful door, owners and staff are so professional, bed are so confortable, if you need transportation ask they can help you to find you a taxi, breakfast and coffee are delicious & provided variety of stuff. Nespresso coffee machine in the room with complimentary water. My experience at this hotel was amazing. Hope to come back again.
