Stayed in room 7. This room is meant to be an accessible room which is most definitely is not. It is very small with very little space around the bed. I had difficulty with my rollator and it would be impossible with a wheelchair. There is a step up into the shower and the shower is extremely slippery when wet and no grab handles. Room 7 backs on to a car park which is used by both hotel guests and the public. Therefore very noisy with people standing around talking late at night/early morning. Extractor fans from kitchen make a horrendous noise. Refuse bins emptied on Tuesdays. Glass skips 6.30am. General refuse at 7am and yet another collection at 7.15am all of which was extremely noisy. General staff moving bins outside room 7 window again early morning.
Fantastic location right on the seafront. Easy parking, friendly staff. Restaurant is pleasant, food is average but reasonably priced. Rooms are comfortable- furniture is slightly tired.
Tip - sea view rooms have a wonderful view
Lovely room with a small fan provided in the hotter weather days. Comfortable room but was expecting a double bed instead of two twin beds pushed together. Great service throughout our stay.
We went for a family celebration. Staff very friendly, although service was quite slow at times; they didn't seem to have sense of efficiency, as if new staff learning the ropes. Didn't matter for us because on this occasion, we didn't have a schedule.
Food was delicious, fresh, full of flavour and decent portions (and we loved the homemade skin-on chips, so refreshing)
Very happy with our stay at this hotel , this was our third time staying at Kingscliff and we intend on returning there again at some point .
We certainly have nothing to complain about with the cleanliness of the hotel or the staff , all very welcoming and the service is good
Room was lovely, overlooking the sea, very clean and tidy. Empty handwash and shower gel was replaced very quickly. As the room was above the bar it was quite noisy. Food in the restaurant was excellent, service was a bit slow however.

Good parking at this hotel. Rooms needed slight update and decor.
I've stayed at the Kingscliff on a number of occasions, staff always very friendly, rooms very comfortable, food and drink fine, I will probably stay again in the future. Many thanks John Meade.
