Breathtaking view of the mountain town of Altenau and the Harz National Park Modern and individually furnished.
Holiday flat no. 5 is located on the 1st floor and has 85 m² of living space. The new and individually furnished holiday flat consists of a living room with direct access to the panoramic balcony with breathtaking views, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with level and barrier-free shower access, as well as a fully equipped separate kitchen with a cosy dining area.
The first bedroom has a double bed and sofa bed with spring core and the second bedroom has two single beds. The beds are equipped with health mattresses and adjustable spring frames. They guarantee a healthy and restful sleep. Special pillows, blankets and covers for allergy sufferers. All floor coverings are suitable for allergy sufferers !
An in-house free high-speed W-LAN network, a flat-screen TV with SAT-HD-TV and SMART-TV with streaming services as well as a DVD player and a stereo system are of course available. For your valuables, 1 safe is available in the flat free of charge.
There are parking spaces directly at the entrance. The use is free of charge. If required, you can also use 2 parking spaces for this flat. A washing machine with integrated dryer is available at any time.
It is not far to the centre of the village with restaurants and gastronomic facilities. A bakery is in the immediate vicinity. Only 250 metres away, you will reach the new leisure centre of Altenau with the thermal baths and sauna landscape "Kristall Heißer Brocken".
