The gentleman at the front desk went above and beond making sure our entry was was shoveled of snow switched us rooms as the 1 we were given was not cleaned yet made us feel very welcomed

The food at the bar was really bad and the breakfast was worse room was good other then no microwave in the room which was said there was one and wasnt room was clean they charge you for a 8 month pld child 13.00 to eat in the morning which isnt right on the hotels.com and wouldnt take the charge off as an extra person which isnt right.. how is it ok to chargefora baby

Stopped for the night on our way home to Vancouver Island. Dined in the lounge and enjoyed the food (although felt the portions were too large), the room was very clean and staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly.
