Acceptable hotel for short stay

My room in the past for sure has to be a heavy smoker´s room. Odd sour smell still remained present. Elevator was broken for all my 4 night stay on third floor. Roof windows were not really sound proof. Friendly staff and good restauranr ballaced the negatives.

The staff are not friendly they do not ask you if need anything do not acknowledge you they just hand you your key and carry on talking and laughing with their colleagues we would not recommend your hotel to anyone from England to stay at your hotel.You do not seem to cater for visitors from the UK.

Hotel bien situé, bien équipé et propre. Personnel accueillant. A améliorer: Parking trop petit !!!! Fontaine a eau avec une petite carafe pour la chambre.( dans beaucoup d'autres ibis style, la bouteille d eau est dans la chambre tous les jours. Apres je suis pas un fan de la bouteille d eau jetable d ou la carafe que beaucoup d hotel installent de plus en plus: économique et écologique
