There were previous reviews that commented on it not being very clean. We brought a bunch of cleaning supplies and our own linens. We ended up not needing any of it. The rooms, furniture, and linens were spotless. The only issue is there is an area under the stairs to the lower level that is inaccessible, so thing that fall onto the stairs and then down under it cannot be retrieved. It is just a design flaw and not the fault of owners. Parking and entry to the building is secure.

Pros Real nice modern loft. Very spacious, everything you need away from home. would book again. Fare price for what you get. Gated parking . Pull out safe bed. In room laundry . Cons. hair on the floor, not enough towels, elevator was away from the main entrance. Nothing happing in the area, need to call cab or uber. Some riff raff in the area.but all just minor . But all in all. Would and Will book again,

The directions from the parking lot to the building were incorrect. The unit was not clean upon my arrival. The bed was not made, urine in the toilet, used wash cloths in the bathroom. The company did place me in another unit until the initial unit was cleaned. Both units could use a deep cleaning. The current contracted cleaning company is going to put them out of business because they are not doing a good job. I purchased my own cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize both units.

The property looks better in pictures than it does in person. It’s a decent stay for the price. The homeless people walking by my window at night kept me up at night. The bedroom had trash left, and I didn’t get a refund. The upstairs air doesn’t work, and it’s hot. The lights downstairs just go out at random. Would I want to stay here again? Probably not.

Immediate neighborhood is industrial, parking is down the street, building entry is somewhat confusing, suite is bare bones, communication is poor, no toiletries are provided, no towel service during entire nine day stay, keypad to suite failed and maintenance was slow to respond (sat in the hall for an hour). That said, the price is good, walks to Lake Erie, stadiums, restaurants and rock HOF are short.

The couch’s were dirty and badly stained. There was a deposit that was told about at last min. Long walk from the parking to room. There was only 2 Rolls of tissue and like 4 dishes. Water mixed in with soap

My wife and my stay was good but not great the place in small areas was dirty like the tub and toilet hair in the shower and bed and floor on working WiFi couldn't watch TV all all good.

The property is modern, has good vibes and is quiet. The Green Goat next door had excellent food so you don’t have to go gar to eat well. Some of the finishes on the property are in need of maintenance and there are minimal amenities. Otherwise the property is in a good location and offers a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Never checked in. Couldn't even find door or where to park. Never was contacted during check in. I was on a work trip with a disabled adult. And was left with nowhere to stay. I had to book another hotel which was a complete trash hole. I want a refund since we never even stepped foot in the place. You ruined this trip.
