This quaint Bavarian Alps replica town of Helen, Georgia is set in the Appalachian mountains of North Georgia right on the wine trail & Appalachian trail and offering fun for the whole family. There is an abundance of hiking trails within minutes, a waterpark, tubing (winter and summer), zip lines and ropes courses, horseback riding, picturesque downtown, wineries, mini-golf, gold/gem mining, breweries and more! The cabin is also an excellent place for mountain biking adventures with a paved road & driveway. Come during late September through the end of October to experience Oktoberfest and the changing of the leaves!

Strict No Party Policy. Any guest over the maximum amount of guests will be charged $100 per additional guest per night. Noise Ordinance is 10 pm.

If reservation is cancelled, there is a non-refundable $75 cancellation fee. Must clean up after your pet on the property. Pet Fee $50.

Our family chose The Roundhouse because of the games offered inside (ping pong and pool table) and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect set up for our family. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans we needed to make several meals. The bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The rain drove us inside one day and our family of four had the best time. The kids had plenty to do downstairs with pool, ping pong, and other various games. The beds were comfortable. And the host was so kind a gracious! A place to return to for sure!!

We LOVED our experience here. The property was perfect for four ladies who just wanted to get away for a couple of days. So close to all the things to do, up to date kitchen and property, comfortable beds, and a variety of spots for just sitting and enjoying the view and each other’s company.
