Check-in should have been a clue about this hotel, it took 3 people to run a credit card The beds were made however the sheets looked like they had been slept in. The fridge had hair inside it. The toilet paper holder was broke and the shower was disgustingly dirty inside and out. There was also little bits of paper on the floor. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

The had reserved two rooms, but as soon as we saw the conditions of the rooms we turned in our keys and left immediately. There were holes in the drywall in one of the rooms and in the other the controls on the AC unit were worn away and we could not get it to turn on. The carpet was threadbare multiple places. When we asked expedia for a refund, they quoted the hotel saying that what we were reporting was not true. The bottom line is that I did not feel safe having my family stay there. Stay clear of this property.

Ok for the first time in my life .. this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Arrived pretty run down hotel, just went straight to bed… two hours later woken up with all bedbugs bites all over me.. decided to take a shower before leaving, the bathtub had about two inches of water in it..went to the front desk and she said we can offer you the delux room for almost $200 a night.. true bait and switch … the lady tells me as if I should have know.. yeah we have bed bugs, and that they have a plumbing issue. The place should be closed down not operating. Really horrible

Linens were not up to par. Had alot of crumbs on them. Markings on furniture. Towels were dingy and out of date and staff didn’t have any extra towels for us. First night our door handle broke and we couldn’t get in our room without maintenance fixing it. But it’s close to my job so the area was very convenient.

I didn’t stay the full 2 days. I was bitten by bugs and was treated as if I was lying when I literally have bedbug bites on my arms and legs. The lady at the desk was very unprofessional. Do better.

The room was disgusting, dirty sheets and pillow cases, holes in the wall, broken refrigerator with rusty shelves inside, no microwave and the one place to use a microwave closed at 8. I reserved a smoking room and got a non smoking with associate telling me” you should have gotten here earlier that’s the last room we have “. Checked in at 7:15pm Friday and had to check out at 2:30am because I had death in the family and had to drive back to Philadelphia. This hotel should be on hotels.com or any other site.
