The hotel is stylish and really nice! The details and atmosphere are amazing. One big issue - the rooms facing the parking garage. The windows look directly onto the cars and it feels weird, plus there isn't enough sunlight. Additionally, due to work of the air conditioning system outside, there is noise in the room. So, I could recommend the hotel, but the room selection requires a better approach.

The designers of this hotel knocked it out of the park, it is a beautiful hotel. We traveled with our dogs, who felt very comfortable during our stay. There are 2 nice big grassy areas down the street if you and your pup are up for a little walk, Hanna Plaza and Public Square. It was also close enough to walk to Progressive Field for a baseball game. We would definitely stay here again! Clean, nice staff and good location.

The property was beautiful, a small boutique hotel. My room was extremely small but decorated nicely. I know it was a very busy weekend in Cleveland, we went for a concert and paid a steep price of $1200 for one night. I was expecting a better sized room for that price, my daughter and I found it difficult to both get ready as it was tiny and not well lit. The people at valet and the front desk were great, very kind and helpful. The only disappointing thing was that there was no coffee station in the morning. Most luxury boutique hotels I have been to at least have coffee for their guests. The club room was nice but we didn’t have time to sit down for a proper breakfast and coffee. I asked them if I could get a to go coffee and the lady working seemed like she had never been asked that before. She said she would ask and seemed busy and preoccupied so after waiting for a while I told her nevermind. I would find elsewhere to get a coffee. Unfortunately, I did not see and coffee shops nearby but there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and is in a good location. I probably wouldn’t stay again for the price I paid but would return if I got a better rate.
