This was a really great place to stay. It was close to Huntington Field and offered what felt like aluxury stay. The robes were so comfy ( 2 provided) and the decor was really elevated in the room. The front desk team was very kind and helpful. We ate both dinner and breakfast in the club room. It was pretty good, but the price was rather expensive. Our waitress Ashley was really great for dinner. I don’t go to CLE often but if I do, it’s likely I’ll return to this hotel. Their team texted the morning of the stay and do what they can to make accommodations. I did get an upgrade as a VIP but I paid $15 for it. Truly glad we did though.

Room was a little dusty but over all clean. Could’ve used room service but N/A. And lunch wasn’t available either. Should’ve had the bar open. Don’t know why. But when restuarant and bar was open the food, beverage and service was amazing. Great cocktails and by far the best burger I ever had.

Beautiful but lacking.

Street signage is not lit, so straight away we couldn’t find the entrance. The front desk staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions. Very pricey stay with no offer of helping us take bags to the room, we had to ASK for room cleaning, hidden charges, no microwave or refrigerator even though there was a stocked liquor mini fridge. Just not our cup of tea, and way outside my idea of value for what amenities were offered.

Fidelity is a charming boutique hotel, clean and with beautiful decor offering seamless blend of elegance and comfort. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast at the Club Room. I hope they would provided a coffee maker in the room and not a kettle. But I will still recommend this hotel.
