Surveillance cameras are in the hallways for security. Minut/NoiseAware device are in the unit for noise level. It does not record conversation, rather only measures level of noise based on decibel (dB).

We do not accept any locals who live in or near Cleveland without a business/medical exemption. This includes any zip code that begins with "441". This is a residential building with 24/7 security and management on site -- people who live here have lives & jobs to go to every morning. As a result, there will be ABSOLUTELY no partying, no loud noise, no smoking, and no loitering in any common areas. Any locals who book this listing are subject for manual review and may be cancelled (without penalty on the Host) if the Host deems your reservation to be high-risk.
