Room was outdated, had to requested house keeping to come for trash and replinish towels and trash bags, stains on wall, stains on carpet and drapes. Musty smell in elevator. Desk clerks were nice and helpfull. Housekeeping knocked on door at about 11 oclock and asked if we were checking out. Check out isnt until 12. They knocked at that time but not once to ask if we needed anything the whole 5 nights that we were there. Also called front desk several times Friday night and Saturday night no answer. Had to go downstairs to voice my needs. Will not stay again. Flight was canceled went to Holiday Inn down the street that last night. Very nice Hotel! Stay there instead.

When I checked in at the front desk, I was informed that my $100. room rate didn't cover continental breakfast. Continental breakfast was not available to any guest. My room was 85 degrees, very warm. Very comfortable bed and clean room. On a scale of 1-10 for this hotel, I'll give it a 9.

The hotel is outdated…the rugs needed a deep cleaning…the hotel had a musty smell. I only found one working ice machine. The air conditioner was loud and noisy…the water pressure was horrible. I do not recommend.

Property is not what it advertises online was to have a separate sitting area in our room did not was supposed to have a whirlpool bathtub did not let all of that go went to breakfast. The first day was amazing. The second day the server was so rude you would’ve thought that I pissed in his Wheaties And then the last day the waitress forgot half my breakfast. Was located well we’ll never stay again.
