Austin the General Manager went above and beyond for me. I was having a problem sleeping due to the noisiness of the in-room temperature control system. He sent out and bought a fan so I could have continuous airflow in the room without the use of the heating/cooling system. Thank you Austin for being so responsive to my needs!

Blood stains found on the sheets of our bed, yellow stains on the carpeting, clumps of hair found on the AC Unit. One of the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel rooms I have stayed in for quite some time, possibly ever. Will never return to this hotel.
