So much better than the alternative!

Clean room and bedding (which is why we switched hotels from one an entire town away), knowledgeable, capable staff, hot, full continental breakfast, waflle-maker complete! Sooooo happy we switched spots!!

Honestly this was probably the best Quality inn I've ever stayed at. I got in late, but the front desk guy was super nice and helpful. Gave me directions on how to get to my room and offered to meet me at the other door with the cart, if i needed it (i didn't, but it was nice of him to offer). My room was around the back of the hotel, which seemed a little sketchy. As a solo female traveler, I debated going to ask if i could have a room where i didn't need to go in that way, but it was already late. Made it in without issue and felt silly the next morning when I saw it was a nice clean area, just not very well lit. The room was clean and smelled fine, refrigerator, microwave, iron and board, coffee pot. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausage,

Tv did not work in room, ended up changing rooms. Other than that, the stay was peaceful and comfortable. No elevator if you're on second floor which you don't expect at a hotel. Inconvenient for handicapped.

This is definitely a motel not a hotel, didn't feel safe and the room smelled of smoke even though it said it was a non-smoking room. Dead bug's all around. I even left checked out early. Would not stay again.

Very comfortable

Very well appointed room for the price. Quiet location but 16 miles from the airport. We appreciated that the rroom was well lit as most hotel rooms have inadequate lighting. A Bob Evans restaurant, bank, and shopping were a short walk away.

The reason I rated the facilities as "Poor" was that as we see all too often when asked about the pool, which is listed as an amentiy in the hotel description, we were told it was closed for maintenance. In Mid-June???? really?? What a load of crap. My guess is it never opens, just to save money. If the hotel isn't going to keep it up, don't even say you have one.
