Awful room conditions. Stained curtains and tub. Peeling paint, wallpaper painted over peeling. Water damage to bathroom door. Small TV. Also at check in copy of ID taken and attempted to take a cooy of my credit which I refused.

I liked staying here. The only 2 things inwould.chnage is make aure rhe card reader works for the pool mones didnt after several tries and make sure someone is sitting at the front desk. I rarely saw anyone there. Other than that i loved it here. Ill be back.

The elevators were broken, the hotel tub was broken, the pool area was dirty and had broken furniture, the bathrooms by the pool were dirty and gross, the vending areas didn't have machines and was full of garbage, the ice machines were broken. The bathroom in our room was gross and leaking water.

Grossly overpriced!

No heat in the room. Tv remote was broken. Moved us to another room and we had heat but there was only one light that worked. Had trouble with access keys not working. Paint peeling and dirty carpets. Just drive on by!

Did not get any housekeeping services at all. I had to go to the front desk for fresh towels and wash rags every day. Tub had a dirt stain in it and the drain in the tub was just a hole. The sink holds water and all of the curtains were hanging off the windows and not properly put up. The shower curtain was also missing hooks so the shower was a bit cold. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone it sucks. I would love a refund
