The property is clean. My room was huge and spacious. I could have easily stayed another work. It also had a lovely community space and atrium. Only 25 minutes from the airport. A great find and I highly recommend it!!

ROOST is a wonderful place to stay and our favorite in downtown Cleveland. The place is beautiful and spacious, and staff are incredibly kind and helpful. It's close to major Cleveland landmarks, so you can walk to pretty much everything.

This was a great value and I loved the extra amenities. Work out room was above and beyond. Community room with pool table and snacks available for purchase. Having a washer and dryer along with detergent was an unexpected plus and we put it to good use. Very quiet and secure. Only small issue is that you need to be aware of the parking situation which can be a bit confusing. Overall, I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Good space. Massive apartment like rooms. A little dusty but overall ver clean. Came with large jug of purified water, coffee bean to fresh brew coffee in room. Next to baseball park and casino so it can get a little loud on the weekends. Plenty places to east around and convenient to highway. Great value. We would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering great local recommendations. The location is excellent — close to key downtown spots, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of boutique hotel comfort and apartment-style living, ideal for both short and extended stays. I’d definitely return on my next trip to Cleveland.
