The entire staff was awesome. Corey in the restaurant and bar was amazing. He directed me to food in your lovely city. I wish i could live at your hotel. 10,000 stars to your entire staff from the front to the back. I aint staying nowhere else when i come to Cleveland. Love yall!!!

Our experience was amazing in this hotel. Check-in super easy quick and friendly. Valet guys were awesome and super friendly and would tell us to have a safe trip every time we left and came back. They had suggesting for restaurants, activities and fun things to do. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a great view of the city and it’s absolutely beautiful to see at night. The buildings light up and change colors. So nice to sit in the window and relax. The bar was very nice as clean. Bartenders are amazing and very nice and attentive. We stayed for 4 nights. The cleaning staff came in everyday and gave us clean towels, emptied the trash cans, replaced the soda, vacuumed and wiped everything down. I literally have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend staying here. It’s close to everything down town even the Casino is walkable (no parking by the casino) so we left our car at the hotel and walked there twice.

In terms of Westin standards the hotel felt it is aging and it can use some tlc. The shade in my room was broken, my iron was not working. Staff was very helpful and friendly, when I inquired for a new iron .. I would try another place next time I come to Cleveland .
