The room is always very clean. If you stay on the backside of the hotel, you will hear the freeway noise. But we’ve stayed there several times and I’ve never had a problem except for the first time when they were having problem with their hot water, but that has been resolved. For the price it’s worth it.

Unpleasant and rude receptionist

My Fiance and I go here quite frequently. We've never actually had a problem. It's mostly quiet and always clean. The only problem I have is with a receptionist we showed up a little later in the night, probably after 11pm. The woman at the front desk was very rude. She was very snippy and acted like I was bothering her for just checking in. She wasn't very personable either. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows but she was very unpleasant and I almost wanted to leave and cancel our stay.

I paid for room with hot tub but wasn't able to use it because of the boiler wasn't working I was told to try the hot tub in 20minutes so I did and yet still no hot water. So I wait 2 more hours and there's still no hot water and I was charged for a hot tub room not a basic room so I've been scammed I should say .

The first room we were in the ceiling was leaking water on bed .. no more smoking room available.. i took pictures their was water coming out of what looked like a patched part of ceiling room 249 also alot of stink bugs he got bit my one have pictures of that as well …
