Located very close to the Cantabrian Sea and the Asturian mountain range, Casa Liso is the perfect place to disconnect from routine and enjoy a unique experience with family or friends. Its surroundings allow you to combine beach, mountain, hiking routes, local gastronomy and charming villages, making each stay an unforgettable getaway.



The house is distributed over two floors and has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, offering spaciousness and privacy for all guests. You will find bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, dressing rooms, spacious rest areas and even an office-type room with a double sofa bed, ideal for providing flexibility to the accommodation. 🛏️✨



One of its great attractions is its magnificent exterior, designed to be enjoyed at any time of year. The property features a private swimming pool, two glazed terraces with a capacity of approximately 10 people each and a pleasant chill out area next to the pool, perfect for having breakfast in the sun, having a drink or relaxing after a day at the beach or an excursion. It also has a barbecue, griddle, wood-fired oven and spacious gardens where you can organise group meals, rest or even play and spend time outdoors. 🔥🏊‍♂️



At Casa Liso we have created a versatile and special space for all tastes. Its spacious lounges allow you to enjoy different environments, from a cosy games room with table tennis and table football, to an elegant glazed porch, perfect for relaxing whilst reading a good book with views of the swimming pool and if you are a sports or wellness enthusiast, it also has a small gymnasium, perfect for exercising, yoga or a functional routine during your stay. 🏋️‍♂️🧘‍♀️



Inside, the house offers all the necessary comforts for a comfortable stay: 7 Smart TVs, fibre optic, fireplace and a fully equipped independent kitchen. Additionally, it features a carefully designed coffee corner with Greek, American, capsule and Nespresso coffee makers, designed so that each guest can enjoy their coffee their own way. ☕🍽️



The private swimming pool is open all year round, although it is typically set up from 15 June to 15 September, with flexibility if travellers wish to use it outside those dates. The property also has parking for up to 10 cars within the grounds, making it a very convenient option for large groups.



Your location is excellent for discovering the West Coast of Asturias, with several nearby beaches, natural routes, charming villages and highly valued gastronomy. Casa Liso is that place where you can enjoy both a sunrise by the sea and a peaceful afternoon in the mountains or a relaxed evening in the village.



The property has an alarm and security cameras on the exterior, oriented solely towards the protection of accesses and external areas.

📌 Booking Conditions

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Security system with alarm (disconnected during the guest's stay) and external cameras monitoring access to the accommodation.

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are admitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the reservation. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 Travel insurance is recommended.

⏰ IMPORTANT: Arrivals from 21:00 onwards incur an additional cost that must be paid upon check-in.
