Our stay started out really good. Check in was smooth a quick. The room was an upgrade. Breakfasts were great. However at check out they wanted to know where were the cards for the pool and the pool towels. When we told them that we absolutely did not receive pool cards and didn't use the pool, the told us that they needed to investigate. Some one checked the room and found no cards for the pool nor pool towels. After several minutes when we inquired again they asked us if we forgot we used the pool. No we didn't forget because we never did use the pool. Are we being accused of stealing towels? Very upsetting! And our departure for the airport was being delayed. Only a threat that we were going to discuss this with the owner of the hotel, a friend of our uncle did the check out process get completed. We didn't even get an apology until we demanded it.
