The market towns of Cockermouth and Keswick are both easily reached with shops, bars, restaurants and visitor attractions. The studio apartment is 1 mile from the village of Lorton, up a winding lane, next to the owners home. Lorton View has its own private patio area, with stunning fell views, a BBQ and seating for alfresco dining, followed by a relaxing evening with a bottle of wine whilst watching the sun set over the mountains.

Lorton View is accessed through its own private entrance into the small kitchen area before stepping into the open plan lounge/bedroom, kept warm and toasty with electric heating throughout. The comfy super king size oak sleigh bed offers a refreshing night's sleep and calls out for lazy mornings watching the Smart TV or just admiring the incredible view. There are 2 comfy armchairs and access to the patio with garden furniture and views over the countryside to the fells beyond. The kitchenette is equipped to rustle up a quick dinner, to be enjoyed at the dining table, with a plug in hob, fridge and microwave. Freshen up in the shower room before or after your days adventure on the fells.
