Manatee Key- Heated Pool/Dock/Close to Beach

Spacious Home on the Banana River, heated screened pool, riverfront dock, Huge Tiki Bar and Hot Tub. Pontoon boat available to rent separately. Kayaks included to explore the mangrove islands, bikes to explore Cocoa Beach.

Manatees, dolphins and Florida wildlife are on full display from our private dock

Space Launches are visible from the dock.

Three King bedrooms with direct pool access and a fourth bunk room with a King Bed and 2 bunks (4 single beds), provides many options for family sleeping arrangements.

1 hour to Disney/Universal

No parties or events are permitted, all vehicles must be parked in the driveway and not on the street.

Beautiful home and perfect location
 our family had a wonderful visit. Whole family enjoyed the pool and home is so nicely set up with everything we needed! Lovely to sit on the dock and watch the wildlife with a few dolphin sightings as well
Kayaked right from the dock to explore the waterway. Within walking distance from the beach so took a few walks there and home was supplied with everything we needed for an afternoon at the beach as well (beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, even a cart to load up to bring stuff to the beach). Owner responded quickly when we had a question and Property manager, Oscar, was very friendly and helpful.

you name it we saw it. Hot tub had no power but the property manager for somebody there and was fixed within a couple hours. The house has literally everything you need!

We spent three nights in December 2025 and had the BEST time! We stayed with our five kids ages 8-16, they all said it was their favorite place we’ve ever stayed. They had so much going back and forth from the pool to the hot tub. We spent the evenings on the dock and saw dolphins and manatees. We used the chairs and boogie boards in the garage and headed to the ocean that is very close with an incredible beach. Everything was very clean and the host had INCREDIBLE communication, they always responded within 2 minutes. Very close to grocery stores and a Starbucks! We will be back!

We didn't get to do as much as we would have liked because we were busy with the event we attended. There was a minor issue but the host responded quickly and that really made things better. My family enjoyed our stay at Manatee Key. When you first walk into the house, the view is amazing! It's like you can reach out an touch the river. The house was clean, beds comfortable and we liked the layout. My family enjoyed fishing and kayaking. My sons caught a ray and a catfish. We saw dolphins while kayaking. There is many good restaurants in the area and we even saw a rocket launch right from our dock. The only negative that I can say is that the heat on the hot tub was not working when we arrived. I contacted the manager and they sent out someone ASAP however they were not able to make the repair during our stay but did try. The bathrooms are amazing in this home and a very nice open kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was great! Location was super close to the beaches and plenty of restaurants and stores. 4 king beds were amazing! House was super clean! Everything you needed for cooking and hanging out was stocked including a couple things I forgot to buy like garbage bags and toilet paper. Pool was huge and the hot tub was amazing to relax in! We barely left the backyard except to hit the beach for a couple of hours the kids just wanted to swim and fish all day! Caught a ton of different fish all throughout the day and saw lots of wildlife! There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys and coolers! We didn’t need to buy anything! There were a bunch of kayaks too which we didn’t feel experienced enough to plop on the river but maybe next time. Kids said this was their favorite vacation and house to date! Would love to come back again!

We truly enjoyed ourselves and wish we could have stayed longer, so nuch to do so little time. we spent the majority hanging out under the tiki hut, swimming, and fishing. We caught quite a variety of fish off the dock including a small shark and just relaxed watching the dolphins and manatees cruise by. We were suprised at how nice the weather was, we were imagining florida in late august to be much worse, but the outdoors never seemed unbearable at this location. The house has almost anything you could imagine. Would love to stay again 10 out of 10!

We had a very nice stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great but the highlight was the view. We saw dolphins several times while sitting in the dock. I’d love to visit again during warmer weather so that we could enjoy the pool and the tiki bar.

Had a great time at the house. Weather was cold, but had time to enjoy the hot tube. Dinning in the area is amazing with some awesome seafood and some great breakfast locations for eating at. Highly recommend this place as it is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

Peaceful place to watch Dolphins and Manatee

Our family of 7 stayed here between Christmas and New Year's. The house listing and pictures are accurate. Plenty of room and the location is super convenient to all the attractions.One of the most enjoyable aspects was watching the dolphins and manatees off the dock. The pelicans provided constant entertainment.There are 2 suggestions I would make that would greatly improve the quality. Adding a gas heater for the pool that guests could pay for in winter months (we were not able to use the pool as it was just too cold). Adding C02 traps on the dock and tiki bar area to mitigate the biting insects (black midge flies) during their active times.While we had a nice time, it was a bit buggy and not being able to use the pool was a little disappointing.Understandably, it's coastal Florida so maybe we should have known better as well. Overall, we had a nice time and the house is lovely. There's plenty of beds and room and it's comfortable and clean.
