The Sherman Suite is the ideal location to explore everything CDA has to offer. We're conveniently placed on vibrant Sherman Ave! You’re walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, & activities (Tubbs Hill, McCuen Park & beautiful lake CDA). This modern home features 3 bedrooms (including 2 suites) & 3 baths in main house, & additional bathroom + spacious sleeping area in garage loft. Enjoy the private hot tub & 3 outdoor patio areas. EV Charging available at no additional cost. Pet & Family Friendly. Book today!


THE SPACE

In the main house facing Sherman Ave., there are 3 bedrooms (including 2 suites) and 3 bathrooms. The main house features the fully stocked kitchen, dining area that can seat 6 - 10, 2 living room areas, and 2 outdoor patios (1 featuring a gas fire pit).

In between the main house & garage, there is a private courtyard/patio area featuring the hot tub, BBQ grill (w/ propane), and outdoor table that seats up to 4.

There is an enclosed loft area above the 2-car garage that features an open bedroom with 3 double mattresses, a couch & TV area, a bathroom & wet bar.

GUEST ACCESS

You will enter through the garage in the back alley. Can comfortably park 2 full-sized vehicles in this garage. Additional street parking available on Sherman Avenue.

To access the main house: you will walk through the courtyard by the hot tub after entering the garage.

To access garage/loft: You will take the stairs to the right after entering the garage area.

THINGS TO NOTE

A physical key is left inside the main house at check in for you to enter/exit the home to Sherman Ave (front of home). There is a $250 fine if the key is not left at check out.

Main entry point at check in/check out is through back alley.

Ladies getaway!

This home exceeded our expectations!! Upon arrival I was shocked at how beautiful, clean and spacious the home was. Brandi was fast to answer all my questions ahead of time and check-in was very easy to follow. We were able to make delicious meals, cozy up for a movie, enjoy all outdoor spaces and walk everywhere since the location is so close to downtown shopping and local coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thanks Brandi!

Best location in town

We have stayed in this unit, or one identical next door, previously and are never disappointed. The unit is set up perfectly for a group of adults or a large family. Very clean, and we especially appreciated the ability to use the garage to park and have the space above the garage as an additional space to sleep. Everything worked well, and the property manager was fantastic. We will definitely try to rent this place again.
