The staff who works at the reception was great and helpful. But the room was terrible. It’s dirty on the floor and the dirty on the wall. Smelly, and it should not be recommended for Expedia members.

The room was standard for this hotel chain. The bathroom was showing signs of age & rust in metal trims, the shower tap handle fell off! It was very noisy overnight, with guests’ dogs barking, and people talking loudly in the corridors as they returned late in the night. The reception staff seemed to disappear at peak check in time, leading to a queue of guests waiting in the foyer. The breakfast was not as varied as the advertising inferred, with the pancake machine broken and no fruit being made available. Certainly not value for money, sadly. Our previous, recent, experience with Ibis Budget in South Wales UK was amazing, so we were understandably disappointed with this site.

Bathroom dirty with pubic hairs and regular long hairs. Smell of bleach burnt eyes. No idea where they used bleach as bathroom filthy. Tv is so old. Remote so old you couldnt tell which button was which. Breakfast is a disgrace. Stale cereal, cardboard plates, cardboard cups for hot drinks, water in a thermal jug was warm at best. So called "pastries" where old, stale thawed pre packaged muffins. No fruit either fresh or tinned. Would have been cheaper and fresher to go to Maccas. Whole building internally is a disgrace. No air conditioning in public areas. Noisy from other guests and traffic.

Room was clean. Bed a little firm, but clean. Crisp white sheets; beautiful. The only problem was the noise. Motel is situated quite close to the Pacific Highway. The Coast Hotel is next door for everything dinner. Breakfast is available at the motel for additional cost.

Bathroom had mould across the top of the door frame, mattresses where old and worn! didn't realise that there was a pub/night club right beside the motel, the music and bass was cranking at midnight. the room was vibrating!
