Finca La Fuente del Pedregal is a complex of four apartments located in the natural setting of Barranco Blanco, perfect for those seeking tranquillity, nature, and comfort. You can rent from a single apartment to the spaces you need, respecting the maximum capacity of the complex. Access is simple, with a 2 km stretch of unpaved road, ideal for those who enjoy adventure and the natural environment.
Apartment number 2, the protagonist of this advertisement, stands out for its 3 bedrooms and a very practical layout for families: two single beds on the upper floor and two double beds on the lower floor, as well as an interior connection via a staircase between two rooms. Its elegant decor and American gas kitchen with garden views invites you to enjoy lunches and dinners in a comfortable dining room, creating special moments. It also features a full bathroom and access from the building's inner courtyard.
The community exteriors are impressive: more than 4000 m² of trees, lawn and leisure spaces, including two swimming pools at different levels with a fun built-in slide, ideal for families with children.
