🚫 No events, parties, or fireworks

This property is not approved for events, parties, or gatherings beyond the registered guests. Fireworks are strictly prohibited due to fire risk, nearby wildlife, and respect for neighboring properties. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

🚭 No smoking indoors

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the home. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $250 additional cleaning and odor-removal fee.

🌌 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Please respect our quiet hours to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, wildlife, and future guests. Excessive noise during quiet hours is not permitted.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property

• Please follow all local fire and safety regulations at all times

Booking Deposit

• 50% non-refundable deposit to secure reservation

• Remaining balance due 14 days before check-in

Cancellations

• Cancel within 24 hours: 90% of deposit refunded (10% processing)

• Cancel up to 30 days before: 90% refund (10% processing)

• Less than 30 days: no refund

• Weather: no refunds unless official county emergency declared

Security Hold

A $250 hold (not a charge) is placed one day before check-in and released after checkout (3–4 business days depending on bank).
