The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the bathroom were both clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways had a bit of a stale odor to them. The tub faucet in the bathroom was not functional, so we could not bath or shower. We could only sit in the tub and get wet.

The location was 15 minutes from nationals park, and there are restaurants around property. Hotel a bit dated and the room we stayed in needed a more detailed cleaning - especially in the bathroom, black mold observed on shower head & shower walls, faucet did not operate as designed. Notified front staff immediately but front desk did not schedule maintenance performed till after our 2 nigh stay. Disappointed with staff response. You get what you pay for
