Wasn’t a horrible experience. The first room, the toilet had to flush 3 times. Informed front desk, he was like he will send maintenance. I was like no, I want another room, because I’m not getting charged for this. I did receive a new room. The heater/ac was on extremely loud. Other than that, it’s was an okay.

The property wasn’t horrible, but the bed was uncomfortably hard and the carpet in my room had an odor. The vent in my room was really loud as well, so I was not able to get a good amount of rest the 3 nights that I stayed there.

We was in room 333 it was a nice room , but I noticed that water does not get hot, we also had an GFI outlet that was burnt out . That should be changed . Before it cause a fire .

Not clean

The place is cheap and offers free breakfast. That’s really the only pros. The place isn’t clean. My room smelled awful like an uncleaned toilet. The hallway at the far end wreaked of weed and cigarette smoke. I had to continually ask for fresh towels and for my room to be cleaned. And I found 2 roaches during my stay.

This property was ok cleanliness wise. The breakfast was very limited without a lot of choices. Parking was ridiculous wiyh large trucks taking up a majority of the parking on the back side if the hotel. The side doors didnt work with my room key so i kept having to walk all the way around the building. I tried to shorten my stay as i had reserved the extra monday after my event weekend. Whe i tries to cancel the monday i was told they couldnt fo it because it was in a special pricing period which was incorrect as the event the pricing was for ended on Sunday.

Came right in from work. I specifically asked for a room close to elevator. I paid for a King room. Was given 2 queen beds. Was advised there was none. Took the room. Went to unlock door there was an odor. I sprayed Lysol. Odor remained. I started checking drawers etc for the smell. Once I opened the fridge there was old milk & food. Which immediately said to me that the room wasn't cleaned properly. I called the front desk to move rooms. Went back downstairs was given another room key. This room was a little better. This was actually the room I paid for. Low water pressure. The wash cloths had hair on them. I was utterly disgusted. Which tells me again they are doing 1/2 job on cleaning & apparently laundry. I just wanted thr night to be over so I could check out. Bed wasn't that comfortable. They only have 1 elevator which is very unfortunate I won't be recommendeding this hotel nor returning.
