So the property itself is not in a bad location but when you’re spending 100+ dollars a night or you’re trying to entertain company, you don’t want paint dripping on the floor, awkward looking space in the room, obvious signs that a makeover was done, but it wasn’t done well and this hotel screams that. Things like putting a regular chair where a sofa was, no divider between the sinks and the main room where the sinks are not in with the bathroom, toilet or shower, this was basically a motel six inside with an elevator, security cameras, and a pretty lady at the front desk. If you’re trying to entertain for an evening of romance, this is definitely not the place. You can, but my guest felt like she was staying at a hooker motel and I didn’t like that field not for the money that was spent. There’s a time in a place for those type fantasies, but this is definitely not the place for that kind of money in that particular neighborhood.

There were roaches in the rooms. The door on the shower was off track. The whole place smelled like weed and cigarettes because people were smoking in front of the doors. The elevator was not safe and the breakfast was horrible. The only positives were the size of the rooms and the staff at the front desk was pleasant

Unkempt property. Unsafe. People were loud, arguing, banging on walls. Marijuana smell throughout the entire hotel. Food was rubbery and terrible. Trash in the parking lot. Holes in the wall. Stains in the furniture. It was just overall, Gross!

Room wasn’t very clean nor up to date. Peeling paint in the ceiling, mold spots in the bathroom ceiling. No running hot water. Either cold or warm. Smelly hallways. Listing said buffet breakfast,NOT regular continental breakfast. The hotel needs to invest in the up keep/remolding. Upon entry of my room, I had to kill some kind of bug that was resting on the window curtains.
