Staff was nice and did a fair job of accommodating us. However, the hallway smelled of roach/bug spray. We did not see any bugs. When we had an issue with the toilet not flushing it took over 1.5 hrs and 2 requests to get it resolved. There were 2 broken lights in the pool that were hanging out of the hole they belonged in. To thier credit it appeared that they were actively working on the site to make improvements.

The breakfast was not the greatest. The sausage was like rubber, the cereal was stale, the waffles were getting stuck on the waffle maker bc they didn't have spray, and it was super messy; no one maintained the area to keep it clean. My ac wasn't cooling for the 1st 2 nights the bed was hard and there were baby roaches the elevator smelled like piss the first night bc someone urninated in there. The only good this was that they had DOVE products to shower with was great!

Worst Hotel Ever Stayed.

I saw a few roaches in the room, roaches and ants were crawling in the closet. surrounding edges of the room and bathroom noted with dark stain, bedsheet smells like never be cleaned. Hotel looks like a shelter. there lot of people walking around with no cloths on, smoking everywhere at the entrance of the hotel. Fight broke out when i was checking out.

The hotel was run down and dirty. The room looked clean but was damaged and there was a roach in the tub. Was there all of 5 mins and I left with a full refund and just went home early.

Musky smell throughout the whole hotel and room. Sheets were stained/smelled. Floor was disgusting. The bathroom was worse. Shower drain started clogging up by second night. You can hear everything and everyone. A different guest brought down a cockroach from their room the last night I was there. Only one elevator works but barely. Will never stay there again.

The property is in bad condition. I did not even feel comfortable eating the free breakfast there. The room was terrible and the cleanliness was poor. I was upset that I could not cancel this trip and get a refund.

Our initial room was incredibly dirty and smelly. The King suite we originally booked was also leaking from the roof. We got a new room and discount for the inconvenience. Our dog was able to stay with us free of charge, a plus. You truly get what you pay for.
